The Architectural companies that I have worked for have been using IQPC for IT assistance for over 15 years and have always been impressed with their service. They are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After attempting to wipe my Mac I quickly realised I need to leave that kind of carry on to the professionals.I randomly called in to IQPC with my laptop and attempted to articulate my mischief, I was quoted and advised it would take roughly 2 days. 1.5hrs later I received an email invoice and a call to collect. Cheaper and faster than what was advised is a great success story if you ask me! Thanks guys!

Extremely happy with IQPC, a computer whiz friend at university told me that he uses IQPC all the time with any of his problems from his desk top at home or his laptop, highly recommended this computer company to me. So I went to there office in Mount Hawthorn and asked them if they could please fix my desk top computer and Lyndon did a fantastic job. Lyndon from IQPC was very professional and fixed things that in the past no one was able too plus installed more things for me! A huge computer whiz!! The best I have ever come across!! I have been a client of IQPC Services since the mid-nineties and have found them to be an extremely reliable resource for IT support and equipment. Our design business has been fully equipped with desktop and laptop computers by IQPC and they also installed our LAN. They are always prompt and efficient when responding to our IT needs and their rates are very competitive. We have no hesitation in recommending their services and products to our business associates, clients, friends and family.

I had top service here at IQPC. Had to urgently get battery replaced for laptop (the now-discontinued Toshiba Satellite Z830) before going overseas and they made it happen, obtaining battery from the Eastern States and fitting it in less than 3 days. The team were prompt and kept me up to date with what was happening, saving me a heap of stress. They also did an excellent job on their Refresh Service - machine now runs a lot faster. IQPC have a can-do attitude and they go the extra mile to help.

I can't rate the guys at IQPC highly enough! I run my own small business from home, and they've got me out of a pickle on many occasions - much to my relief...! I've always found the team to be extremely friendly and responsive - probably as they are aware of what it takes to run a small business themselves. If they can't make it out to a call-out or if I can't take my laptop into them, they'll always access remotely to have a look and diagnose the problem - fixing it if possible. My IT problems have always been identified immediately, and rectified efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. I'm in no-way affiliated with the business, but just a very impressed long-term customer!
