I'm unbelievably thankful for the work done by Chris (technician) from Pocket IT. He was helpful, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was very nervous about losing my data, much less giving my laptop to a stranger, but Chris was kind and approachable and happy to answer any questions I had. I received the laptop back in less than 2-3 days and now it's running faster than ever, and the physical damage has been repaired without any internal issues. I wish I could rate my experience higher than just 5 stars. Thank you so much for your hardwork and the lovely customer service!
